To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must inform us you are returning the item within 14 days of receipt. It should be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
Items returned outside of these timescales unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you do not receive your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve already done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact: email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and then send your item to: Insight Vehicle Sign System, 5 Stukeley Business Centre, Blackstone Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6EF.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, the original cost of postage when purchasing the product will be included in your refund.
